After studying Business Management, Charmaine joined the finance department of Donaldson Filtration Systems a Global Manufacturing Corporation.

While working she completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a BCom Honors Degree. During her 25 years at Donaldson, she covered various roles such as Senior Payables Administrator, Business Analyst, Financial Administrative Manager and Regional Finance lead for Sub Saharan-Africa in the company’s transition from JDE to Oracle.

In October 2023, Charmaine joined the Alpine team to assist the growing finance department with the following.

• Payables and Receivables Management.
• Cash Flow Management.
• Fixed Asset Maintenance.
• Update and maintaining company records and information.
• General Ledger Reconciliations.
• Provide and analyse financial reports.
• Financial management & planning.
• Assist with audit requirements.
